Arbiola dominates the Nizza Valley from the summit of the hill from which it takes its name. It is San Marzano Oliveto, on the border between Monferrato and Langhe. In its ancient cellar, has made wine from the grapes of its vineyards. The guidelines are: a viticulture in harmony with nature, an accurate selection in the vineyards to abtain a ntural concentration, always updated technologies and procedures to respect and exalt the grapes, along with a careful choice of oak and careful selection of companions for the blends. Along with the local vines Barbera and Moscato, Arbiola has recently introduced Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc. Thanks to a young and dynamic staff's contribution, in the year 2000 Arbiola was certified according to the ISO 9001 quality standards.
