The tradition of the Amelio Livio company has been handed down for several generations. There are not certain dates related to the launch of this activity, but certainly the initiator was grandfather Giuseppe. Over the years, father Carlo continued in production handing over the baton to his son Livio, the current producer.
As tradition dictates, the company has always been family–run, but has known how to update itself with the advent of new technologies and production control.
Today we can count on a production of D.O.C. and D.O.C.G. wines such as: Ruchè di Castagnole M.to, Barbera d’Asti Superiore, Barbera d’Asti, Barbera del Monferrato, Grignolino d’Asti, Freisa d’Asti, Monferrato Dolcetto, Piemonte Cortese, "trevipere" rosé wine.
