Distinctive feature was definitely the choice of positioning the vineyards on a loam soil with a predominance of sand, a characteristic that facilitates the formation of very delicate aromas, with prevalence of fruity ones.
Azienda Agricola MANCINI for maximum guarantee makes wine only from grapes of the vineyards located in the classic production area of Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi in the municipalities of Maiolati Spontini and Castelbellino, an ancient hilly territory of the Marche region.
