The actual management of the Daglio Giovanni agricultural company was founded in the eighties by the will of Giovanni to renew the company to which his family had worked for generations.
The land is the most important element in the company’s philosophy: the exposure, the amalgam and the grassing of the soil give to grapes the characteristics that all other stages of processing in the winery have the specific task of not altering. The careful wine processing allows, then, not to overturn the innate potentialities that each cluster gives us at the time of manual harvesting.
