The brothers, Sandro and Claudio, deal personally with the management of more than 30 hectares of vineyards located in some of the hilly positions with the highest winegrowing vocations. Thanks to this company, it is possible to know how to reconcile the love for tradition with the most modern techniques of work and refinement that today’s wine–growing profession demands. In the new cellar, dug into the tufa rock, the precious wines produced by this company are kept. Their motto, "quality first", is an imperative that rhymes with seriousness, simplicity, friendliness and passion for their work.
The Provolo Farm is located in the heart of the hilly Mezzane valley to the east of Lake Garda and, since 1927, for three generations has been carrying out the art of making wine with the care and the skills of those who consider wine a vocation.
The happy geographical position of the vineyards, located exclusively in the hills at an altitude of 250–300 meters, and the ideal composition of the soil, make the area particularly suitable for the cultivation of vineyards destined for other purposes. The company today boasts twenty hectares of vineyards and is managed entirely by the owners, who devote themselves with particular attention to the cultivation of vines and to the equally scrupulous and accurate work in the preparation of wine.

The Roccolo Grassi company was founded in 1996 with the will of producing great wines in a highly suited for viticulture area.
Moreover, from the great passion for the world of wine, but only for the one of the highest quality, to say, for those bottles able to give an emotion and leave a memory. Roccolo Grassi is an ambitious project, but with character and family management; the goal of Marco, Francesca and father Bruno is to produce great grapes ad a few bottles but of the highest quality. For this reason, the number of bottles varies depending on the quality of the vintage.
