The Follador family raises vines and transforms its fruits into sparkling wines refined for many years. The name "Follador" in itself evokes a wine–making mission: "folar la ua" (to press grapes) is the first step to get the juice from the grapes that will mature into wine and sparkling wine.
The owners, Renato and Sergio, are working according to the winemaking tradition of Valdobbiadene, in which their great–grandfather, grandfather and dad Gaetano had an important role. Gaetano designed and built in the eighties the new winery that stands, discreet, on a small bend on top of the Cartizze hill.
A winery–jewel that bears his name, an almost mythological figure in Valdobbiadene, for its grandeur and physical majesty and for its wise bonhomie, which have earned it the nickname of TANO RE.
Azienda Agricola Ronfini is located in Col San Martino, in the heart of the historic area of Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore D.O.C.G., which extends over the hills between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene.
Its owner Leonardo inherited the passion for wine from his parents, as well as his grandparents Giuseppe and Vittore, he firmly believed from the beginning in quality penalizing quantity, in effect, in all the life cycles of the plant, it is never used but helped in the development and growth of organic fertilizers, thus obtaining a product base for wines rich in sugar content and intense aromas typical of our hills, in respect of the environment.
Col San Martino is a locality of the town of Farra di Soligo, located between Venice and the Veneto Dolomites, in the hills of the high Marca Trevigiana, an area known for its natural beauty with a succession of hills entirely cultivated with vineyards, where we can find also beauties of historical/artistic interest such as ancient castles, religious buildings, always surrounded by vines.

We cultivate with passion and enthusiasm the 14 hectares of vineyards inside the area intended for the production of Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore D.O.C.G. with the aim to offer to enthusiasts a genuine and of quality product, combining tradition and winemaking technology.
In our commitment we address particular attention to the respect of the land and of the environment that hosts us, trying to rely solely on integrated pest management systems.

Vigna Sancòl was founded in Guia di Valdobbiadene, in the heart of our beloved land, where for centuries our ancestors have cultivated a variety of grapes called Glera. Even today, this particular variety has unique features, is used for the production of the best quality sparkling wine using the Charmat method: Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore D.O.C.G.
The winery was founded in 2005 from an idea by Cesare De Stefani, known in the area for the homonymous Salumificio De Stefani, which is located just a few meters from the winery, and for having founded the "Osteria Senza Oste" ("Inn Without Innkeeper"), an inevitable stop and very popular in the area among tourists and lovers of this wonderful land, located on the summit of Col Cartizze, where the grapes for the realization of our Superiore di Cartizze D.O.C.G. are grown.
Along with him, his partner Luigi Flisi, a close friend and colleague in the world of high–quality meat trade, decided to found Vigna Sancòl, a company focused not only on the production of a very high quality Prosecco, but especially, of a Valdobbiadene D.O.C.G. of absolute excellence.

Made from grapes from owned vineyards and exclusively harvested by hand, it guarantees to anyone who drinks it a homogeneous over time product, with one single goal: to improve year after year.

Over time, with hard work and the acquisition of new plots of land, the winery in 2013 reached a production of about 100,000 bottles per year, in each of which there are the same characteristics: pleasant on the palate and easy to drink at every time, before, during and after meals.
Prosecco Superiore of Vigna Sancòl is recognized for its delicate and refined bubbles, but especially for the typicality that is found in its flavors and scents that convey a maximum expression of the terroir from which it comes.

VALDOBBIADENE FOR ENTHUSIASTS
If you come from Vidor or Farra di Soligo, the landscape shows an endless series of green hills and hillocks, embroidered with vertical terraces, and a huge number of residential buildings where the architect had fun in composing artistic, irregular geometries, embraced by the vineyards that climb on the banks and deepen their roots in this blessed land, which for centuries has been offering juicy clusters of golden grapes for the making of Spumante Prosecco.
If you come from Guia or Miane, instead, you find yourself surrounded by a cascade of green valleys and hills with winding roads that connect all the villages in a landscape of different eco–natural shades, designed by rows of vineyards, studded with farmhouses and enriched by thick forest scrubs, to ensure an ideal environment for vine growing.
A land full of charm, historical sightseeing and beautiful landscapes characterized by steep sunny slopes that make the work of winegrowers really hard and tough, and it is here that in the far away 70s Angelo Ronfini bought his first banks, to which he devoted himself with the courage and the passion of an experienced farmer, with effort in his arms and love for his land and the ancient wine culture in his heart.
Among the rows, his two small children Francesco and Sergio played chase, breathing that atmosphere of healthy freedom, and while living in close contact with their father immediately assimilated the same passion for that job, tiring but full of satisfaction, which in time became the reason of life also of theirs.
The years went by in that rural serenity, the children grew up determined, passionate, prepared, and became an integral part of the territory, as the roots of the vines they grow, placed between 125 and 500 meters above sea level.
The experience of the Ronfini family consolidated in the founding of the company, that since 1996, with the help of the oenologist Mariano Pancot, began making wine and producing a generous Prosecco, with features of elegance and intense aromas, in various DOCG types, from a Millesimato of remarkable caliber to the brilliant Extra Dry, from the fruity Brut to the soft Rosé and others, all Valdobbiadene sparkling wines of balanced, fragrant, intense, floral, fresh and velvety flavors.
The Brancher company, always very attentive to winemaking techniques, boasts first class equipments, uses especially low temperatures, takes advantage of the skins’ contact and does not use sulfur dioxide in the early stages of processing, thus obtaining valuable products, made by the care of vineyards and grapes more and more customized, of distinct aromatic complexities, of true prestige, able to satisfy the palates of the most demanding gourmets.
In the hills of Prosecco, nominees for the recognition of World Heritage by Unesco, the Gianfranco Tomasi farm is situated in an exclusive location, on a land kissed by the sun, surrounded by nature and at just a walking distance from the small town of Corbanese.
Flagship of the local wine production, it is a perfect example of how tradition and innovation can coexist and give their best. Focusing on the values of the territory it belongs to, the company is nowadays a point of reference for all those looking for a product of excellence on the table, with unmistakable features.
To reach this oasis of rest you can take, from the main road that runs through Corbanese di Tarzo, Via Borgo Molini. A short climb and the majestic building that houses the company appears, in all its splendor. It is a structure that retains the elegance of days gone by, developed as a court. The block that now houses the wine cellars dates back to 1700. The thick beams of the ceiling and the walls with the original stones of the place, indicate that nothing here is left to chance, today as yesterday, and are a sign of the mastery and skills of the craftsmen of the past. The careful restoration desired by the owner, Gianfranco Tomasi, has been able to bring out in the best way all the elements survived at the time, that now are custodians of a priceless heritage of history and local tradition, witnesses of the activities that took place inside these walls. Where today wine is produced, in the past silkworms were bred.
To the historical complex, the most recent wing were added, built in 1937, characterized by large and bright spaces. Here Gianfranco Tomasi has obtained a cozy tasting room for his guests: in a full of meaning environment you can enjoy excellent wine, exchange opinions and advice.
At the Gianfranco Tomasi farm, the technology of a reality of innovation coexists with the memory of a past which is still alive and present, with knowledge handed down through generations.
Before the current management, the company was led by Gianfranco’s father, Vittorio, who dealt with it since 1948. In 2007 his son, an oenologist, took over the reins completely. Six hectares of property where vines mature for a production of the highest quality of Prosecco (“frizzante” and “spumante”) Treviso DOC and DOCG, Cabernet and Merlot IGT Colli Trevigiani, Pinot Grigio.
The company, while remaining family–owned (along with Gianfranco there are his wife Paola and his mother Amelia), is booming: Italian, and not only, lovers are increasing, as there are customers also in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, who know that they are purchasing a product of excellent quality. It is envisaged, in the coming years, an increase in production and the introduction of Verdiso and Chardonnay.
On these wonderful hills caressed by the sun, the best grapes ripen. A thorough selection work and the dedication of those who loves this job ensure the genuineness of each cluster. The wine cellar, of 300 square meters covered, plus 100 outside for tanks, is equipped with the most advanced technology to preserve and enhance the specific characteristics of the wines. Over the past few years there have been important interventions in order to better manage the phase of vinification. To sum up, here there is the quality of the house. Wine is monitored and supervised throughout its processing, from the vine to the table. Gianfranco Tomasi is willing to welcome in this real wine house all those who want to know more closely his company.
It is a reality made of attention towards the territory and its history, technical preparation, attention to every detail. Essential elements that give wines a sought balance and, at the same time, completely natural, in compliance with the principles of genuineness and authenticity that characterize the company. Here you can still recognize the notes of the best Prosecco, while your gaze gets lost between the sky and the rows, in the unrivaled panorama that this house offers. An emotion of other times that you can find at the Tomasi farm, intact. Guarded as a precious bottle, set aside to celebrate a special occasion.
The Nardin Farm was founded in 1922 by Vittorio Nardin, in Roncadelle, a small town in the province of Treviso. Right from beginning the company has taken a leading role in the local area to the point that in Roncadelle the word Wine is synonymous with Nardin.
On the death of father Pietro, in 1971, the 18–year–old Walter Nardin joins the company and with his uncle contributes to make develop and to enhance at national and European level the wines of Piave DOC zone, and later even those of the Lison Pramaggiore area, applying all techniques and the know–how handed down from his grandfather Vittorio, combining the peasant culture of yesterday with the modern technology of today.
About ten years ago Walter Nardin, treasuring the high know–how acquired in the comany of his family, founds the Walter Nardin Farm with the intent of returning to a family–run activity, not to be overwhelmed by the frenzy to produce at all costs, more and more, but where there is the opportunity to meditate and thus to care about quality, to obtain products that satisfies taverns, winehouses, and the most refined restaurants.
Today Walter Nardin, with his wife Mirella and their two sons Michele and Luca, without ever losing sight of the common thread that binds them to the activity of the grandfather started at the beginning of the twentieth century, cultivate grapevines and make wine in a winery with modern equipment. A portion of the vineyards is located in Roncadelle, in the “DOC Piave” area, where classic white wines known for their fragrance and harmony, and red wines that stand out for their body and structure are obtained, and the other part of the vineyards is located in the “DOC Lison – Pramaggiore” where soil and microclimate give wines with distinctive scents and aromas.
The grapes are meticulously processed in the wine cellar to allow the skins to remain intact and to fully retain the composition of the must.
