Almost a hundred years have passed, since the day when Bepi Zardetto lost his chariot, his horses, and the entire load of barrels during the retreat of Caporetto, on the Italian front in the First World War. One hundred years that have seen a family tracing their history in a straight, continuous line, marked by the work and the passion of its members.
Between the silver medal with which in 1934 Ernesto Zardetto was awarded in the Sweet Wines category (or, as he called them, “vin da botiglia”) and the affirmation of Prosecco Zardetto on the international market and on the tables around the world, there is only the long fruitful path of the same, extraordinary dedication to wine–making that the Zardetto family has handed down from father to son.
After Bepi, Ernesto and Pino, silent protagonists of an unbroken history, it was the turn of Fabio, the sole owner since 1998, to give a new verve to the company. Convinced advocate of the need to devote himself exclusively to the specialized production of Prosecco Spumante, in 2002 paved the way to the construction of a new winery, equipped with cutting–edge technologies. His constant pursuit of excellence led to in a great impulse to the modernization of sparkling wine making techniques, in an optimal organization of production and in constructive cooperation with the winemakers of confidence in the most suited vineyards.
Fabio Zardetto, careful breeder of grapes and a great connoisseur of the terroirs of Conegliano Valdobbiadene, wants to believe firmly that its wines are an expression of the different specificities of every single vineyard, fruit of his personal research and of love for his land.
Mongarda Società Agricola S.S. is a winery that produces high-quality wines using traditional methods and modern winemaking techniques. The Terre di San Venanzio Winery arises in the most prestigious and well–renowed "cru" of the DOC: the Cartizze one, recovering a family land formerly used for the processing of wood. Here we receive and work the Prosecco DOC selected grapes, grown only in the vineyards of Valdobbiadene, in order to obtain a limited production of sparkling wine. Our business philosophy has its foundations here, in the care and attention to detail in working, in the respect of the traditional practices of "wisdom", in the use of advanced technical equipment, in the pursuit of low–impact interventions. It is a company leader in technology, which for over 140 years has been committed to the study of viticulture and oenology for the enhancement of Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG and, since 2005, in the development of the ambitious project called "The Sparkling Wine Art".
First of four generations and company’s founder, Antonio Carpenè serior, introduced in Italy the Champenoise method for the production of sparkling wine and created the first Italian Wine School located in Conegliano.
The second generation sees in Etile Carpenè senior a decisive initiator of the first advertisement campaigns on the world of wine. Thanks to him, in 1924, Carpenè Malvolti created its first label bearing the name "Prosecco Amabile dei Colli di Conegliano", anticipating for almost a century, the current enhancement of the vines.
Under his leadership, the steam distillery and the famous "a zucchetta" bottle of grappa were created.
In Vidor, in the heart of the production area of Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG sparkling wine, the Spagnol agricultural company operates, run by Orazio together with his sons. Ours is a family–run farm, which began to produce sparkling wine in 1986, when from simple vinegrowers, as we were originally, we became also producers.
The passion for this land and for this work became over the years a philosophy of life handed down from generation to generation, from grandfather Saule to our days: our company, nowadays, is led by Orazio and his wife Loreta, together with their sons Stefano, Marco, Alberto and Mattia.

The Giavi farm is named after Francesco Giavi, who at the beginning of the twentieth century bought from the Tezza family the valuable estate near Conegliano located on the South–West end of the Monticella hill that dominates and overlooks the town in itself. On old toponyms, the locality is named Monticella–Tezza, precisely after the family who owned it in the early nineteenth century and who gave to the town of Conegliano Blessed Luigi Tezza, born in the forefathers’ house still on top of the hill.
The estate has always been characterized by an almost entirely oriented winemaking vocation, overlooking the town of Conegliano, and it is thought that CIMA painted some of his Madonnas and the Conegliano landscape from the hills exactly from the Monticella hill, from a hillock which currently enjoys the sun, that lights all day a plantation of Prosecco grapes.
Considerable impetus has been given to the activities with the replanting, in recent years, of Prosecco and Rosso dei Colli di Conegliano vines, and everything is registered in the respective doc regulations and the estate is a member of the consortium of Prosecco Conegliano–Valdobbiadene.
Within the company, you will find the old renovated wine cellar where besides tasting products, cultural events and conferences are held.

This is the remembrance that grandfather Amadio leaves to his son Pietro. To hand down his wine culture was not his only and main goal. First of all, the important thing was to give value to the family, and in order to form it you must start from very far and experience teaches that you must give time to time. The Furlan agricultural company is the result of the labor of a peasant family rooted in this territory. Since then, in a continuous becoming, the company passed to the hands of his grandchildren Amedeo, Alberto and Moreno who, respecting of the tradition, knew how to project it into the future. The owned vineyards stretch on the lands of Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG, Treviso DOC and Piave DOC, have always been designed in accordance with the natural landscape and are worked making agronomic and environmentally friendly choices, privileging interventions with low environmental impact. The peculiarities of these soils are: the moraine hills of Conegliano and the stony plains of the Piave river, that allow us to produce wines with very distinct characteristics, unique varietal aromas which celebrate the unique characteristics of the area.
Founded in 1987 by a historic family of winemakers, Astoria of Paolo and Giorgio Polegato makes of quality one of its reasons for pride.
The Astoria products are present in the most exclusive restaurants, wine shops and wine bars.
Astoria distributes wines produced in its Val De Brun Estate Agricultural Company in Refrontolo, in the heart of the DOCG Conegliano Valdobbiadene area.

But Astoria produces not only Prosecco, but also wines in barrels including the Colli di Conegliano DOC Rosso Croder and Bianco Crevada, and relies on the technical expertise of Dr. Donato Lanati that supports the technical manager of the company, Dr. Roberto Sandrin.
The company is located in the hills and vineyards of the small village of Arfanta in the municipality of Tarzo.
They produce primarily Prosecco Frizzante DOCG and DOC, but also still Prosecco and Merlot.
Col Par consists of 6 hectares of vineyard and makes wine exclusively with its own harvest. From the vineyard to bottling, each processing stage is followed step by step, with passion, to ensure the consumer the highest quality in products.
In addition to the good wine you can enjoy a wonderful panorama, a thousand shades in every month of the year, the ideal place to spend a peaceful and relaxing weekend and, for fans, beautiful walks through the hilly vineyards, meadows and chestnut trees.

Typical products of the Al Col company are: wine (Prosecco, Verdiso, Cabernet) obtained from the vineyards surrounding the company; cold cuts; meats (rustichello chickens, ducks, locally bred rabbits). The company also offers accommodation service in its farmhouse inn in a convenient location for tourists and with cozy rooms.
The Santantoni farm covers a planted with vines surface of about 3 hectares in the heart of the historic area of Prosecco di Valdobbiadene DOC.
The Follador family, owner of the company, for 3 generations have grown with unchanged passion the most prized vineyards located at the highest altitude of the production area and often perched on rugged hills.
