The Pacherhof Estate, dating back to 1142 and run by the Huber family, is located in Novacella, a little bit over Bressanone where, on a surface of 8 hectares, the oenologist Andreas Huber cultivates excellent white grapes, which presses in the winery of property of the farm, to sell them personally, after.
Vineyards located in the best positions, gravel soils rich in minerals and special microclimates, are the natural potential of Pacherhof. The peculiarities of this area and the desire of Andreas Huber, the owner’s son, of pursuiting without compromise the best quality, are the secret of these refined and of character white wines.
The Huber family presses grapes in his basement, where the clusters are gently pressed and then are carefully kept in large wooden barrels and stainless steel tanks, becoming the nectar of the gods. Before being sold, these noble drops rest, up to ten months, in oak barrels, and for more months in the bottle.
The Abbey of Neustift is situated in the most northern wine region in South Tyrol. The altitude (600m, 900m), the cool climate and the soil rich in minerals are ideal for an optimal development of aromas and flavors of the typical white wines of the Eisack Valley such as Sylvaner, Müller Thurgau, Kerner, and Gewürztraminer and Veltliner.
The varieties of red wines, instead, thrive in the vineyards of the Abbey located more to the south of South Tyrol; in this case, Lagrein of the Mariaheim farm of the Bolzano area, Kalterersee, Pinot Noir and Moscato Rosa are vinified and aged in the Marklhof estate di Cornaiano/Appiano.

Strasserhof Weingut - Tenuta is a winery that produces high-quality wines using traditional methods. The winery is known for its dedication to sustainability and organic practices. A small winery managed by the Kerschbaumer family, Koefererhof began to bottle on its own only in 1995. Previously, grapes were sold to the surrounding wineries. The more or less 5 hectares of vineyards are located in a wonderful location 700 meters above sea level; the plant density of 7,000 logs per hectare shows clearly that the company is oriented towards high quality production. Beyond Pinot Gris, they cultivate Kerner, Gewürztraminer, Sylvaner, Müller–Thurgau and Riesling.
The wines of the estate are very characteristic, with a unique personality that is not present in the other wines of the area.
