Fattoria di Felsina

Domenico Poggiali bought Felsina farm in 1966 and with a courageous act, during that difficult time of Italian viticulture, he chose to invest on the quality of wine and on the expertise of some young people.
Lovers of viticulture and skilled entrepreneurs, Domenico and his son Giuseppe modernized the management of the country without abandoning the spirit of tradition. Within a few years, the hectares of vine became more than forty and they also changed the essence and the organization of the company. In the second half of the seventies, his son–in–law Giuseppe Mazzocolin entered the company with the task to develop commercially the company. His humanistic culture and his awareness of the responsibility of man in his work contributed to the growth of the culture of wine in Italy and abroad, obtaining his first international recognition. His friendship with Veronelli and his collaboration with the winemaker Franco Bernabei have charted a course that reveals itself with extreme consistency in wines from the 1983 vintage, the first of Fontalloro and Rancia, up to the present days. Under the guidance of Domenico and Giuseppe Poggiali, a path begins, that since 1990 sees even Giovanni Poggiali as protagonist, the first of the three children of Giuseppe.

Carpineta Fontalpino

Carpineta Fontalpino has been belonging to the Cresti family since the 60s and there are marks of the company’s winemaking tradition dating back to the beginning of the nineteenth century.

The farm is located in the heart of Tuscany, very close to the wonderful SIENA, in the historic municipality of Castelnuovo Berardenga, in the historic Montaperti area.

The territory that surrounds it is rich in history, legends and love.

It gives to those who have the luck to visit it intense emotions and unforgettable atmospheres.

We have the honor and privilege to live in it, and we try to keep landscape and traditions unchanged.

Gioia, the oenologist of the farm, deals with all the production stages, from vinification to aging, defining the most important choices and giving to the entire production his personal style.

Filippo, mainly deals with the commercial activity and marketing development.

The owned land stretches for about 80 hectares and have various cultivars.

The vineyard area extends for about 23 hectares of vineyards divided into blends of Sangiovese, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon vines, in addition to other fine experimental vines.

The production areas of the company are Chianti Classico and Colli Senesi.

Castell'In Villa

Castell'in Villa winery is a family-owned and operated winery that has been producing high-quality wines for over 1,000 years. The winery is known for its natural and traditional winemaking methods that showcase the unique characteristics of the grapes. Castell'in Villa produces a range of red, white, and rosé wines that reflect the diversity of the surrounding landscape. The wines are aged in ancient cellars that add to the unique character of the winery's offerings.

The company, by Lionello Marchesi, focuses its production on Chianti Classico.

Fattoria Aiola

Aiola farm was purchased by the Malagodi family in the thirties, who still runs the company, and is considered one of the historical realities of the Chianti Classico.

The corporate philosophy of Dievole is research in the past with a modern look. In recent years the company has experienced a substantial surge in the number of projects followed, and in the quality of the products.

Cantina Miscianello

Miscianello is an ancient and small peasant reality (someone says that its first settlement dates back to the half of the fourteenth century), surrounded by olive groves, vineyards, forests, in the most absolute tranquility, where nature shows off all its beauty, in sunsets, in as far as the eye can see panoramas and in the ideal microclimate for products and for people.

It is here that the owners have retired after a lifetime of work, and dabble, with meticulous passion and stubbornness together with their experts, in the production of oil and wine, as well as in welcoming customers eager to find within these walls ancient and authentic flavors. Their search for tradition is tenacious, wines are produced using only grapes from the area (Sangiovese, Canaiolo, black and white Malvasia, Trebbiano, Ciliegiolo) and are aged in traditional wooden barrels.

The harvest of grapes as much as of olives is handmade and olives are pressed within 36 hours.

FABER IGT Reserve is obtained from a selection of 100% Sangiovese.

RESERVE of MISCIANELLO is obtained from a selection of Sangiovese and Canaiolo.

PETTIROSSO IGT is composed of the same grapes that from 1716 to 2006 have composed Chianti Classico: Sangiovese, Canaiolo, White Malvasia and Trebbiano.

MISCIANELLO is a Chianti Classico with Sangiovese, Canaiolo, Red Malvasia, Ciliegiolo and Colorino.
