The Accattoli company was founded in 1958, when my father and his three brothers started building a small cellar at Montefiore, a charming villa near Recanati dominated by an imposing tower, which is still the distinguishing feature of our logo today.
In 1983 my father bought out the company, since he was the only one who had always dedicated himself passionately to the product.
