Cantina Di Ruscio Srl company has been for more than fifty years known in the new Province of Fermo for the production and marketing of local wines.
It has an annual production capacity ranging between 15,000 and 20,000 hectoliters of wine, worth changing because of a strict compliance with the company&rsuqo;s concept: to provide a quality wine at a compatible with market needs price.
From the first step regarding the production that Cantina Di Ruscio Srl has been different compared to many other local realities: the owner and oenologist Mario Di Ruscio, in effect, follows in a capillary way the phase of cultivation of high quality grapes in the vineyards that produce carefully selected fruits of various growers of the area. Producers who have become loyal over the years and encouraged further by the growth of the wine values thanks to the more and more important concepts provided by the family of reference.
The production phase then consists of the following steps: the unmissable month of Harvest conveys in the structure of the winery dozen farmers who collect the fruits of their work and deliver to the Mario Di Ruscio family the responsibility of the processing that, to date, is through innovative steps and entrusted to instrumentations of new generation. Currently, Cantina Di Ruscio Srl has a bottling plant always ready to meet the production requirements of a refrigeration system that allows electronic product to a temperature–controlled fermentation, an area dedicated to the aging in oak barrels, and, of course, the always visited and appreciated store, where you will be greeted by family members ready to welcome you in the reality of the winery.
The absolute novelty concerns the planned construction of a new area dedicated to the commercial phase, an area adjacent to the current structure that soon will give customers new and interesting areas to live completely the life of the company.
