The company of the Costa family now has fifteen hectares of land planted with vines in Corte Franca, that provides excellent grapes for the production of quality wines.
In 1984 Pierangelo Testa decided to place side-by-side in his yard "tri plok" (manufactured articles on cement with barrels for wine) an oasis of green in Valle Calepio in Carobbio Degli Angeli, two hectares of fertile ground. It is rich in marbled, grape trodden and fertile and from time immemorial reserved for wine growing. Here it is possible to produce palatable rural wines, very intense, with the bouquet of sweet Must (in early times producing not so good, naïve and a certain amount of raw wine). At one time the vineyard produced everything you could produce from grapes and the results weren't exciting, but the wines from the Hill of Angels were alcoholic (about 13%).
Pierangelo Testa worked with intuition. Today you can find on the hill a wedding keepsake vineyard. It is a small expansion but it is very promising, vintage after vintage. Trees are chosen according to the characteristics of the ground, the climate and microclimate. The dream of Pierangelo Testa has transformed from a hobby into a real passion. This passion has been transmitted to his wife Manuela, to daughters Laura, Roberta and Maria who's waiting Francesco, the last son, to follow closely his parent's example. "The cellar is in the forefront, it is very functional, pleasant and suggests harmony. Here sacredness plays with silence and the "stoned" Angels are waiting for new events with anxiety."
The Azienda Agricola Vercesi del Castellazzo is located on the slopes of the "Oltrepò Pavese" hills, in the municipality of Montù Beccaria. The winery occupies the manor house, a charming historic building erected on the very spot where, before the 12th century, there was a castle owned by the Beccaria family, a noble family from Pavia.
Despite its imposing appearance the castle, which dominates the small village of Montù, features no towers, battlements, arcade porches, corbels, or open galleries with gothic-style four-light windows. However, the ancient medieval building, which has undergone major transformations over the centuries and lies on a natural terraced property surrounded by gentle hillsides entirely covered with vineyards, bears testimony to a long-standing wine-growing tradition.
Tenuta Roveglia is a prestigious winery that specializes in producing premium wines in the Lugana DOC appellation. Now, Cascina La Pertica has fourteen hectares of land planted with vines organically grown on the hills overlooking Lake Garda.
Famiglia Olivini is a family-owned winery that has been producing high-quality wines since 1970. The Castello di Cigognola company stands among the hills of the Oltrepò Pavese,
brembraced by Piedmont and Emilia, in what was once known , until the Unification of
Italy, as “Old Piedmont”. It springs from the intuition of the proprietors, Gian Marco
and Letizia Moratti, who, together with the oenologist Riccardo Cotarella and a team
of experts gambled on a particularly favourable terroir. Significant investments in vines
and the cellars transformed the ancient castle into a point of reference for excellence.
And so, high recognition soon arrived from the most prestigious Italian wine guides.
Azienda Agricola Cabanon was founded thanks to Giovanni Mercandelli who, with his passion and intuition, has put to use the efforts and the work that his family had always applied in the lands of ownership since 1909.
The company was expanded and totally planted with vineyards with modern and innovative standards.
Driving along the highway n°38 in Valtellina, you can see the marvellous vineyards on the Raethian side slopes, fruit of the tenacity of the local growers. The wine company F.lli Bettini has its seat in S. Giacomo di Teglio, not far from the chief town of Sondrio, in the heart of Valgella's production area. Established in 1881, it is among the oldest companies producing Valtellina Wines.
The owner, Guido Bettini, has been able to pass to his sons his deep love for this hard but fascinating activity. The family works together in planning the investment concerning both vineyards and cellars, never forgetting the great tradition characterizing the company.
The grapes coming from owned vineyards in the classical areas of Valtellina Superiore DOCG ( Controlled and Guaranteed Denomination of Origin) are carefully selected and then vinified in the modern and very well equipped cellars.
The wines for Riservas, Selections and for the Sfursat are matured and refined in precious oak barrels and in French oak barriques, in the "ancient cellars" of the company.
Guido Berlucchi & C S.p.A. di Borgonato (Brescia) is the mother house, founded in 1955 by Guido Berlucchi, Franco Ziliani, and Giorgio Lanciani. As classic-method sector leader in Italy, it relies on about 600 hectares of vineyards in Franciacorta and employs more than 90 persons in administration, winemaking, and vineyard operations.
In 1757 the Cinzano began their activity of trading elixirs and liqueurs, in Turin. Cinzano is particularly known for sparkling wines from Piedmont, such as Asti Spumante and Brachetto d’Acqui, both D.O.C.G., but there are many varieties of sparkling wine.
Today Cinzano is synonymous with an inimitable Vermouth and excellent Asti Spumante, ubiquitous in times of celebration.
TORREVILLA's vineyard has a surface of 650 hectares situated in the western part of the Oltrepò Pavese area, in the Region of Lombardy, close to the borders of Piedmont. The main towns involved in the wine-growing activities are: Codevilla, Torrazza Coste, Montebello della Battaglia, Mornico Losana, Borgo Priolo, Retorbido, Montesegale, Rocca Susella and Godiasco.
There are twohundredandsixty members belonging to this winegrowers' association, who bring an average of 5.700.000 Kg of grapes to the winery, if calculated on the basis of the last three harvests.

Attention to quality as well as an excellent quality-to-price ratio have allowed the Losito & Guarini wine cellars to now be one of the top 20 national companies in terms of sales, a solid point of reference for the Italian mass distribution channel and a powerful group for the local economy of the Oltrepò Pavese area.
Salis wine production, beyond satisfying the needs of the immediate family, also aimed to create high-quality wines which would best show off the distinctive characteristics of the local vintages. These wines were intended to be sent to other Swiss and European noble families with whom the Salis family maintained diplomatic ties.
The 42 hectares of the Ghezzi family are entirely dedicated to the cultivation of grapes for the production of Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco, Pinot Nero, Cabernet Sauvignon and Franc, Merlot, Nebbiolo, Barbera wines. All wines that express the high quality of the territory in which they are located: Franciacorta.
