Consorzio Tutela Vini Doc Friuli Isonzo

The seventies and eighties of the twentieth century marked a turning point for the Friulian winemaking: from an economy of consumption mostly local to a more wide–ranging conception of a wine product.



The young producers of the Isonzo area are among the first to catch the wind of change and to operate in their territory a further leap in quality, through the fundamental choices in the field:
significant investments to improve the quality of processes and products;

Consorzio Tutela Vini Collio e Carso

The Consortium for the Protection of the Collio and Carso Wines was founded on 1st January 2010 by the fusion of the historic Consortium for the Protection of the Collio wines (1964) and the Consortium for the Protection of the Carso wines.


It deals with the protection, enhancement and promotion of the Collio and Carso designations that, while maintaining their distinctive identity, benefit from the synergies of knowledge and skills typical of the hilly viticulture.
