Ferruccio Lamborghini purchased it for leaks in the seventies, enamored of the Umbrian countryside. The area has a population of about one hundred hectares of land, of which thirty–two for the cultivation of the vine. Today, Patrizia, his daughter, manages the company: the production of wines is aimed at the pursuit of quality and territoriality.
The Farm Baldassarri arises from the passion and the entrepreneurial abilty of Luciano Baldassari and his sons.
The Farm is consisting of 10 hectars of vineyard: the principal varietals are: Grechetto, Merlot, Sangiovese and Sagrantino. In 2005 a winery of a capacity of 2.000 hl was built in order to make wine of their own grapes and producing wines to release bottled for catering or wine shops.
Perticaia is a family-owned winery that focuses on producing high-quality, organic wines. Their vineyards are situated in a hilly area, where the soil and climate provide ideal conditions for growing the finest grapes. The winery combines modern technology with traditional winemaking methods to create unique and complex wines that reflect the personality of the territory. Their commitment to sustainability and environmental respect is paramount, and they work tirelessly to reduce their carbon footprint and protect the land they cultivate.
Lungarotti Company was founded in the sixties thanks to Giorgio Lungarotti; now it is run by the sisters Chiara Lungarotti and Teresa Severini. Their commitment and openness to innovation that distinguishes them have infused a strong impetus to the company, reinforcing the concrete example of family positivity as a guarantee not only of the present but also of the future.
Our vineyards are located only in D.O.C. and D.O.C.G. production areas: in the heart of Umbria, on the splendid, sun-drenched hillsides of Torgiano and Montefalco, where viticulture is generous and produces excellent fruits.
Careful grape selection and the attention with which we carry out every step of wine - making and bottling, using the most advanced technology, allows us to achieve premium- quality wines, as shown by the widespread appreciation and recognition obtained over the past number of years.
