The vineyards for the production of red wines are located, therefore, in Montefalco (30 hectares), but vineyards destined to the production of white wines are located in Spoleto (26 hectares).
Cantina Novelli focuses on the territory as a whole, bringing forward project of research like the one of recovery of the ancient vine: Trebbiano Spoletino.
The vocation of Azienda Agricola IL GREPPO is not limited to an attentive selection in the vineyard but pursuits a production that, in the absolute respect of the quality of the product, make the product uniwue for its elegance and charm.
The proper use of technology, in the service of tradition, is evident in the aging cellars where large barrels (from 25 to 100 hl) and oak barrels masterfully contribute to the aging of the best selections of Sangiovese grapes used for the production of Vino Nobile di Montepulciano, Rosso di Montepulciano and Chianti.

The Foschini family manages with pride a little more than 4 hectares of vineyards, predominantly native (Falanghina, Aglianico, Greco, Fiano) in the heart of the winegrowing Sannio Beneventano area, a production area of ancient origin, with wines already known in pre–Roman times for both for the goodness of the places and vines, as well as for the special winemaking techniques used (Kapnios wine).
The produced wines are marketed claiming both the Sannio DOC (Greco and Fiano), as well as the Guardia Sanframondi DOC (Falanghina, Aglianico and Rosso). The Guardia Sanframondi DOC falls in a limited grown with vines territory, exclusively hilly, within the Sannio DOC.

The lands of Donnardea are historically suited to viticulture and extend over an area of about 80 hectares. The conformity of the soil is of volcanic origin, characterized mainly by potassium, phosphorous and calcium, which contribute to a good agronomic fertility and freshness of the fund.

The biodynamic farming company is a real living organism in which an harmonious interaction among a lively soil, plants and the cosmos produce grapes of excellent quality and inimitable originality of expression, which will give rise to wines of unequivocal typicality. In our vineyards we do not use herbicides, do not distribute fertilizers and do not irrigate even in the most torrid summers. The only products that we use for the defense of the plants are small amounts of sulfur quarry and copper.
The Ramoino family, since the early 60s in Sarola, a charming village in the hinterland of Imperia, has been leading this dynamic entrepreneurial reality. The latest entry in the company of Fabiana, daughter of Domenico Ramoino, historical figure among the producers of the Ligurian Riviera, has opened the way for the third generation of winemakers. Their production philosophy prefers the traditional grapes of the area and the search of the most suited soils for each variety. Today, the company is followed by his son Marco and focused mainly on the typical grapevine of Val Nervia, Rossese di Dolceacqua, available in three different types based on the evolution and the origin. To meet the needs of the market, the remaining part of production is characterized by Vermentino and Pigato, the two traditional white wines of Riviera Ligure di Ponente.
That of Laura and Antonio is a business that is strongly rooted in the territory as well as firmly anchored in the tradition of their production philosophy. The company’s proposal is still geared exclusively on grapes of the area such as Pigato, Vermentino, Rossese, Ormeasco, Granaccia and Lumassina, and since the late 90s the acquisition of vineyards located in the most privileged positions has begun.
