Ingredients:
– 8 veal scallops,
– 70 g dried pore mushrooms,
– 80 g cream of pore mushrooms and white truffle by Agricola Benacquista
– 100ml cream,
– 1 glass white wine, 1 shallot,
– 30 g butter.

Preparation: fry the chopped shallots in melted butter. Soak the dried mushrooms for half an hour, drain and mix butter with wine, cream, salt and pepper. Bake for 20 minutes, add the cream of white truffle and pore mushrooms and heat for 2 minutes. Roast the scallops on the grill, place on a serving dish, sprinkle with mushrooms and truffle sauce and serve.
