Ingredients:
– 400 grams egg Fettuccine pasta,



– 160 g black truffle cream,



– 400 g fresh Marzolina goat cheese,



– 200 ml kitchen cream,



– 80 g butter,



– salt, white pepper.

Preparation: melt the butter in a pan and add diced Marzolina cheese and cream. Allow to thicken, then add the black truffle cream, a pinch of salt, and white pepper. Keep on the fire for 2 minutes. Cook the Fettuccine pasta in boiling salted water, drain and stir the sauce.
