Time: 40 minutes + 1 hour for cooling
Ingredients:
– 500 ml milk
– 4 egg yolks
– 30 g flour
– 1 tablespoon starch
– 60 g sugar
– 200 g muesli
– 2 tablespoons honey
Instructions
Stir the muesli with honey and spread it on a sheet of baking paper. Pass it in the oven at 200°C for 10 minutes. Beat the egg yolks with sugar, add flour and starch. Heat milk and when it is hot pour it flush into the beaten eggs, stirring with a whisk. Put on the fire and let thicken, stirring constantly. As soon as the cream is thick, pour it into a bowl and let it cool. Then arrange it in glasses or cups and let cool further in the refrigerator. Just before serving, garnish with the crumbled crunchy muesli.
