Time: 10 minutes + 24 hours for marinating
Ingredients:
– 600 g soaked cod fillets
– 100 g dried beans
– 2 lemons
– 2 bunches arugula
– chives
– extra virgin olive oil
– pepper
Instructions
Cut the cod into thin slices. Arrange the slices in a bowl and cover them with an intrusion of oil, lemon juice, chives and pepper. Let marinate for 24 hours. Soak the beans for 6 hours, then boil and drain. Peel, wash and let dry the arugula. Serve the cod with beans seasoned with a little oil and arugula.
