Ingredients:
– 400 g rice,
– 150 g cream of artichokes and truffle,
– 100 g butter,
– 50 g grated Parmesan cheese,
– 200 g Fontina cheese,
– salt,
– breadcrumbs.

Preparation: melt the butter and warm with the cream of artichoke and truffle adding a pinch of salt. Cook rice in salted boiling water, drain and dress with the sauce. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and lay in a buttered pan covering with slices of Fontina cheese, some butter flakes and breadcrumbs. Heat in the oven for twenty minutes and serve.
