Guided tastings in small groups, special holiday packages designed to offer a few days of "break" to residents of Trentino and not, in the hope that the health situation will improve in the coming weeks, themed lunches - to which, if the contagion curve will allow extend the opening hours of the restaurants, there will also be dinners -, gastronomic proposals . All scheduled for more than 30 days, from December 4th to January 10th , in various locations, from Vallagarina to Valsugana, from Valle dei Laghi to Lake Garda, from Piana Rotaliana to the Paganella Plateau, from Valle di Cembra to 'Plateau of Pinè, passing through Trento . Opportunities to discover the great offer of Trentino sparkling wines, but also the history and the protagonists behind the bottles.

The intention is in fact to offer moments of leisure in safety, given that what we offer is reserved for small groups or takes place with table service, not only to snatch a smile from the people certainly tried by this very particular year, but also to make our contribution to sectors such as catering, hospitality and the wine world, which are among the most affected by this exceptional pandemic situation ".
In Trento , for the entire duration of the initiative , Bar Pasi will offer the aperitif Pausa perlage , with a glass of Trentodoc Cantine Ferrari paired with the excellence of Salumeria Belli; while Dolcemente Marzari Aperitif at Albere , with the Trentodoc Maso Martis paired with a finger food from Pasticceria Marzari prepared with Latte Trento cheeses. The Osteria at “Le Due Spade” will instead pay homage to all its customers with a glass of Trentodoc Vivallis for a precious welcome .
On the subject of visits, there are many Trentodoc wineries open for sparkling visits to the cellar on the weekends of 5-6 December, 12-13 December, 19-20 December, 26-27 December and 2-3 January : only on Saturdays for Balter Farm in Rovereto, Cantina d'Isera in Isera, Cantine Ferrari and Maso Martis Organic Farm in Trento, Revì Trentodoc in Aldeno and Villa Cornione di Giovo; while on Saturday and Sunday for the Donati Marco Farm in Mezzocorona, the Eredi di Cobelli Aldo di Lavis Farm, the Riva del Garda Winery in Riva del Garda, the Endrizzi Winery in San Michele all'Adige, the Mori Colli Zugna di Mori Winery, and the Toblino Winery in Madruzzo, Cembra mountain winery of Cembra Lisignago and Mas dei Chini of Trento.

Furthermore, Revì Trentodoc di Aldeno, on Saturday 5, 12, 19 and Tuesday 29 December, at 10.30 , organizes Dosaggio Zero Experience , with a visit to the cellar and tasting of four company sparkling wines, and Maso Martis Azienda Agricola Biologica , Saturday 12 December , at 11.00, Bollicina Doc with visit to the cellar, walk through the vineyards and guided tasting of three Trentodocs. Staying in Vallagarina, in Isera it is time for 3 interpretations of the perlage , at the Locanda delle Tre Chiavi , with the Trentodoc di Cantina d'Isera, Vivallis and Revì Trentodoc, while in Brentonico , it is the turn of Baldo: bubbles and flavors with Trentodoc by Albino Armani winemakers since 1607 combined with the dishes of Local Tipico Maso Palù.
