Among the novelties of the 49th edition of Italy's leading hotel and restaurant trade fair, which will be held in Riva del Garda from 3 to 6 February 2025, the expansion of the exhibition surface, the renovation of the spaces and a further strengthening of the incoming of foreign buyers.
New training and experiential initiatives dedicated to The People Industry.
Hospitality - The Salone dell'Accoglienza , the most complete Italian fair dedicated to the Ho.Re.Ca. sector, is once again certified as an international event . A guarantee of quality and reliability, certification offers exhibitors the opportunity to request contributions for participation . In fact, Simest's incentives and financing continue, intended in particular for micro, small and medium-sized enterprises that allow participation in up to three international events, even in different countries, and provide for the facilitation of expenses incurred for the exhibition area (from registration to the set-up), for the transport of exhibited materials and products and for promotional investments incurred for the event.
The Ho.Re.Ca. sector has around 330,000 public businesses and 1,400,000 employees in Italy, equal to 6.1% of the working population, which represents The People Industry , the engine of hospitality and catering, also at the center of the next edition of Hospitality. A sector that has a fundamental role in our country's economy and constitutes an essential value for tourism , which is worth 13% of the national GDP .

The Buyer Program developed at the last edition has also been confirmed for 2025, which brought delegations of buyers from Slovenia, Eastern European countries, Scandinavia, Spain, Portugal, UK, German-speaking countries, as well as than from Kenya and Central and South America.
“Our scouting activity and the renewed collaboration with the ICE Agency (ITA - Italian Trade Agency) will allow us to further strengthen the representation of selected buyers from different countries and create ever greater business opportunities for our exhibitors. Not only that, on the occasion of Hospitality 2025 the exhibition spaces will be expanded and renovated which will therefore be able to host a greater number of companies and numerous training and experiential activities, among which there will be no shortage of competitions and special projects developed together with exceptional partners" - concludes Giovanna Voltolini, Exhibition Manager of Hospitality.
The 2025 edition of Hospitality - Il Salone dell'Accoglienza is scheduled at the Riva del Garda Exhibition Center from 3 to 6 February.

Organized by Riva del Garda Fierecongressi, Hospitality is the leading international fair in Italy, dedicated to Ho.Re.Ca. operators. With an exhibition area of over 45,000 square metres, the event is the most complete in Italy, with a vast training program and a large audience of companies and professionals in the Contract&Wellness, Renovation&Tech, Food&Equipment and Beverage areas and in the special areas Solobirra, RPM-Riva Pianeta Mixology and Spazio Vignaiolo. There is a wide open-air proposal in the Outdoor Boom pavilion and space for experiential concepts of inclusive design and planning.
