"DiVinNosiola 2013: when wine becomes holy" from 27th March to 27th April cultural events, food and wine tastings, musical and artistic moments, trekking excursions into the nature of the Valle dei Laghi. DiVinNosiola is
the special event of the Valle dei Laghi which celebrates the land and its jewels - excellent wines, traditions, culture, natural heritage and astonishing landscape - with a series of interesting events to discover the suggestive and exclusive location of the Valle dei Laghi, with its churches, wineries, beautiful views. The Nosiola Trentino and the Trentino DOC Vino Santo wines will be the great stars.
The goal of DiVinNosiola is to spread the knowledge of the characteristic features of the Valle dei Laghi culture, that intertwines traditions, flora, fauna, manufacturing excellence and food and wine richness related precisely to Nosiola Trentino and Trentino DOC Vino Santo.
DiVinNoisiola 2013: Wine and Gold, The Jewels DiVinNosiola wants to make you taste the wine richness of the valley between Lake Garda and the Brenta Dolomites.
The Nosiola Trentino and the Trentino DOC Vino Santo wines, the Grappa di Nosiola e di Vinaccia di Trentino DOC Vino Santo: undoubted excellences, result of culture and nature. Knowledge is transmitted generation after generation and 'lulled' by Ora del Garda, the breeze that blows from the South before sunset.
To celebrate the value of the Nosiola vineyard's fruits, the goldsmiths of the Artigiani e Piccole Imprese Association of the Province of Trento will be present, who designed and created jewelry in gold, silver and precious stones exposed at the DiVinNosiola Exhibition. The craftsmanship meets wine in Le Gallerie in Trento, which will guide visitors on a journey to discover the art through art, thanks to the collaboration with the Historical Museum of Trentino Foundation. Artisans of wine and gold: "Art and wine. Beauty and taste. Tradition and Innovation. These are the pairs that characterize the collaboration, they are the attention to details that bring together crafts and wine" that will be celebrated at DiVinNoisiola 2013.
A sample of the events of DiVinNoisiola 2013 Among the many appointments of the event, the pressing of Nosiola grapes by the Winegrowers of Vino Santo Trentino Association, at the Pedrotti Winery. The pressing of Nosiola grapes takes place always in the Holy Week, after a long process of late harvest and drying on racks (arele).
The trekking excursions, scheduled for Saturday, 31st March, 14th and 28th April, will cover the most interesting artistic and historical places of the Valle dei Laghi and will end with a reading - sacred representation in the church with musical accompaniment to discover life, facts and legends of the local tradition. At the end of the intense day there will be a wine tasting of Nosiola Trentino and Trentino DOC Vino Santo combined with culinary specialties from Trentino.
On 28th April, conference "Ora et Labora", with reference to the Benedectine monasticism and to the splendour of Ora del Garda, understood as openness, light, ability of research and application, innovation and entrepreneurial creativity typical, in this case, of the Valle dei Laghi people. The conference intends to reaffirm the alliance between culture and economy for a sustainable and competitive development.
