The International Competition of Spirits and Liqueurs (Isw) took place, and Italy received 28 medals for the best Italian liqueurs.
At the International Competition of Spirits and Liqueurs (Isw-internationaler Spirituosen Wettbewerb) the amount of the medals awarded to Italy for the top Italian liqueurs is increasing year by year. The 2013 edition was held in Neustadt, on the Wine Route, and the Italian gold medals were 28:
4 Great gold medals (only one in the last edition), 24 gold medals (28 in 2012) and 25 silver medals (10 in 2012).
Great Britain and Italy are the countries that have received more Great gold medals, 4 to the head, France in the second place with three, and the podium is completed with Switzerland, with 2.
