The new gin will be presented with a press conference on November 19, 2024 in Ferrara

An invitation to explore the aromas and scents of a unique land rich in tradition, Emilia Romagna. From these premises comes the new Limited Edition Gin Tabar Pera dell'Emilia-Romagna IGP by Casoni , created in collaboration with the Consortium for the Protection of the Pera dell'Emilia-Romagna IGP, which will be presented to the public on November 19, 2024 with a dedicated press conference at 5:30 pm.

The event is scheduled at Sala Arazzi in Ferrara (home of the Emilia-Romagna PGI Pear and headquarters of the Protection Consortium) and will see as speakers Paolo Molinari , CEO Casoni Fabbricazione Liquori, Manuel Greco , Trade Marketing Manager Casoni Fabbricazione Liquori, and Giuliano Donati , President of the Protection Consortium of the Emilia-Romagna PGI Pear.

This will be followed, by invitation, by a tasting of the new reference at Laudano e Misture in via Ragno, also in Ferrara. The program includes an aperitif with tasting, finger food pairing and a DJ set.

The ancient Casoni distillery in Finale Emilia is thus renewing its rich offering of spirits, expanding the Tabar line, already composed of Gin Tabar Classico, Gin Tabar Bergamotto and Gin Tabar Ciliegia di Vignola IGP, with a new distillate that has all the credentials to conquer the palates of gin lovers .

Gin Tabar Pera dell'Emilia-Romagna IGP is the new vision of a distillate that encloses in a single elixir the classic aromas of modern gins with the sweet and unmistakable ones of the Pera dell'Emilia-Romagna IGP, in the Williams variety.

A combination of 100% local raw materials that goes together perfectly, giving life to a product deeply linked to the Emilia region .

The Tabar Line welcomes a new variation of taste, made with the renowned Emilia-Romagna PGI Pears in the Williams variety. A new distillate that is synonymous with Emilia, being deeply linked to our territory: for us it is a privilege to be able to use a raw material that is a symbol of Emilian excellence.
