Gin Tabar with Vignola PGI Cherry is the result of a perfect balance between the aromatic and alcoholic components. The intense and refined flavor is dominated by the fruity note of bitter orange and PGI Vignola cherries, which blends perfectly with the fresh and pleasantly pungent hint of cardamom. The balsamic scents of juniper and the botanical scents of chamomile then emerge, concluding with the fragrant and vegetal notes of rosemary.

The workmanship, slow and meticulous

Gin Tabar with Vignola PGI Cherry is an indisputable homage to its lands of origin. It is prepared with Vignola PGI cherries, processed within a few hours of harvesting, infused in alcohol for 3 days, heated to 60° C. Then, they are distilled in discontinuous steel stills. The same procedure is carried out for all the other botanicals. At this point, the distillate of Vignola PGI cherries, which characterize the product with more than 43% present in it, is left to refine in steel tanks for 3 months, so that the aromatic compounds blend. At the end of the process, these are mixed together with grain alcohol. The product, brought to an alcohol volume of 45% with demineralized water, finally remains in refinement for approximately 30 days in order to allow its aromatic refinement.

This is how the new version of Casoni distillate, Tabar Gin with Vignola PGI cherries, was born .

5 cl of Tabar Gin with Vignola PGI cherries

15 cl tonic water

Garnish : lemon peel and cherry in alcohol

Tabar Brumble

4 cl of Tabar Gin with Vignola PGI cherries

1.5 cl of lemon juice

1 cl of sugar syrup

1.5 cl of blackberry liqueur

Garnish : 2 blackberries and 1 slice of lemon
