Alambicco del Garda 2014: the best Italian grappa

38 are the grappas winners of Alambicco del Garda, the interregional competition organized by ANAG

In the Alambicco del Garda competition, 38 grappas out of to 71 have obtained a recognition: 8 young grappas, 4 young aromatic grappas, 12 aged grappas, 7 aged aromatic grappas, 6 grappas of Groppello, 1 brandy of aged grapes.


Each grappa in the competition was tasted by at least 7 tasters. Therefore, each sample was tasted at least 7 times.

The parameters of judgments were related to visual, olfactory and gustatory–olfactory valuations. The card used was the official one of ANAG.
