The Protection Consortium, after testing the response of the press and the public of decision makers in the food sector with tasting dinners capable of transmitting the values, tastes and characteristics of this European excellence, has decided to investigate and further spread the Piave PDO brand. establishing excellent collaborations with some of the most influential chefs of the Austrian capital.

The Nice to Eat-EU project, a promotional campaign promoted by the Consortium for the Protection of Piave Cheese PDO and co-financed by the European Union, is therefore becoming increasingly widespread in the Austrian market and in particular in the capital, where among recipes studied ad hoc , product tastings and press dinners aims to carve out an important slice of consensus and appreciation, as already happened in Graz in 2019, when guests tasted their dinner based on Piave DOP on the wonderful dishes decorated with the first classified image of the Contest 2019 Nice to Eat-EU, aimed at all food bloggers in the country.

For a few weeks, therefore, an intense promotion month has been planned in the Austrian capital; a project, which started physically with tastings at the restaurant table and has now become a "goodness delivery" , which involves the most important chefs in the city.
