Wine and Art meet in bottles signed "Artists for Frescobaldi." The Marquises have presented in preview at Vinitaly the three bottles of CastelGiocondo Brunello 2008, with the labels signed Giovanni Ozzola, Ra Di Martino and Elisa Sighicelli.
The Marchesi de' Frescobaldi family for over 700 years has been producing wine in Tuscany and has been distinguished by the strong spirit as patron: Artists for Frescobaldi celebrates the marriage between art and wine with labels designed for 1500 Magnum CastelGiocondo Brunello 2008 by three artists John Ozzola, Ra Di Martino and Elisa Sighicelli.
This Prize for Contemporary Art was designed by Tiziana Frescobaldi and curated by Ludovico Pratesi and aims to support artists of the latest generations. The three artists this year have created photographic works inspired by CastelGiocondo estate in Montalcino (Siena). The winner of the first edition of Artists for Frescobaldi for 2013 was

Tiziana Frescobaldi, Artistic Director, administration counclilor and member of the 30th generation has explained: "Collecting is a phenomenon widespread also in Italy, which involves mainly art and wine of high prestige. Collectors will have the opportunity, from this year, to collect the bottles Magnum di CastelGiocondo 2008 which are part of the series-exclusive, limited and numbered, that every year can be enriched. ".
From May it will be possible to buy 1500 numbered bottles Magnum in Italy and abroad from 200 ?.
Marchesi de' Frescobaldi will donate the proceeds of this sale to Italian contemporary art.
