"The Lands of Prosecco, from the hills of the DOCG to the land of the DOC": this is the 2015 slogan of the Treviso Marathon which confirms the partnership between the Consortium for the Protection of Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG and the Consortium for the Protection of Prosecco DOC.
The famous Treviso Marathon will be held on 1st March 2015 starting from Conegliano and with arrival in Viale Burchiellati in Treviso. The hard–earned 42.195 km will be run in "The Lands of Prosecco, from the hills of the DOCG to the land of the DOC". The Organising Committee of the Treviso Marathon is working hard to the project that wants to unite around the great running event the excellences of the Treviso province.
Participants will wear shirts depicting "The Lands of Prosecco, from the hills of the DOCG to the land of the DOC", with the stylized hills of Valdobbiadene descending to Conegliano, near the Piave river with its strong blue color, and the Treviso plain, up to the city of Treviso.
Word to the consortia
