A special exhibition at Sotheby’s Paris that combines in a prestigious toast the creations by the designer Geatano Pesce and the bubbles of Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superior, and a world leader institution in the international auction market.


Who is Gaetano Pesce?


Gaetano Pesce is an investigator of languages, ​​architect and designer. He studied in Venice and has now settled in New York. His work is multidisciplinary and he has became a leader of the Radical Design. From his research a series of lamps, objects, unconventional furniture in the field of industrial design resulted. He collaborates with B&B Italia, for which in 1969 designed the anthropomorphic UP chairs. His work is often remembered for his ability to decline unexpectedly some consistent themes: diverse series, double functionality of objects and architecture, creative use of colors and the feminine theory in design.
