Bisol launches at Vinitaly Jeio noSO2, the Valdobbiadene Superiore DOCG without added sulfur dioxide
At Vinitaly, the highly anticipated new vintage of Jeio noSO2, the Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG, a sparkling wine with no added sulfur dioxide.
The innovative and respected oenologist of the Bisol family, Desiderio Bisol, anticipated: «It is a tailor–made production, tailored to the consumer sensitive to sulfites, the result of many years of research in the wine cellar and in the vineyard to ensure the highest elegance, authenticity and longevity».

The grapes come from the steep hills of Valdobbiadene where the vinegrower with passion and tenacity follows one by one the vines.
The packaging is really unique, the bottle is wrapped with a sheet of aluminum by skilled hands to protect the valuable Prosecco from light.
«Great by itself, it is with no doubt perfect paired with dishes of oysters and raw fish and responds perfectly to the demands of modern consumers, that at international level show increasing attention to sustainability», Gianluca Bisol, general manager, comments.
Bisol receives approval
The Cartizze Cru was selected by the prestigious magazine Wine Spectator for the exclusive event “OperaWine, Finest Italian Wines” for a preview of Vinitaly on Saturday, April 5th. Specialized operators will bring 100 selected Italian manufacturers of excellence, including – in effect – the historic family of Cartizze.
During Vinitaly, from April 6th to 9th, Bisol can be found at the area of GRANDI VINI GROUP E7/E8, Hall 7.
