The Chianti Wine Consortium successfully launched in Rome the "Cool Chianti: enjoy it at 16 degrees" Project in collaboration with Co.Vi.Ro., Arte dei Vinattieri and Accademia della Cultura Gastronomica. You can enjoy cool Chianti serenely because it is genuine: "You must follow - Chianti Wine Consortium explains - a simple but fundamental rule: the temperature should be corrected as the climate in the cellar".

This summer, cool Chianti to sip and appreciate a great wine even in the hottest period of the year. "The idea, obviously, came up with us in summer. We are here today to present a new way of drinking Chianti we believe and hope will revolutionize the approach to the consumption of red wines during the summer" in this way the President of the Chianti Wine Consortium Giovanni Busi defines the "Cool Chianti: enjoy it at 16 degrees" Project.
