The Moretti Polegato family has opened the doors of Villa Sandi, the splendid seventeenth-century Palladian-style building where the company is located, for a full immersion in highly prestigious training, hosting a second level WSET course dedicated to customers and staff for three days. of the company. The event took place at the end of August and saw the participation of about thirty professionals from the world of wine, especially foreigners, in full compliance with the anti Covid-19 measures.
The WSET - Wine & Spirit Education Trust is one of the most authoritative wine training institutes in the world. Founded in London in 1969 to ensure high quality training for professionals in the sector, the foundation now operates in over 60 countries and organizes courses and exams in the field of wine and spirits. The seminars, held strictly in English, are dedicated to buyers, producers, professionals and wine lovers, and allow them to acquire global knowledge about the world of wine and its products and offer a range of sought-after and internationally recognized qualifications.
Hosting a WSET course, Villa Sandi reaffirms its vocation as a cultural center of the world of wine, which it constantly nourishes by organizing and promoting courses for sommeliers and technical, scientific and informative meetings.
