The VinNatur winegrowers association will bring to Genoa Natural wines. Palazzo della Borsa Valori in De Ferrari square will host on Sunday 1st and Monday, 2nd February, 67 natural winemakers from all over Europe to live a day in the vineyard and taste the wines in the heart of the city.
The tasting tables of VinNatur Genoa 2015
67 winegrowers of VinNatur from 14 Italian regions and from Portugal and France will present their natural wines and their daily work.
The heart of the city of Genoa will host the tasting tables of natural winemakers. The Genoese can browse, sample, taste wines and typical food of craftsmanship quality.
"Meteo e Vigna" ("Weather and Vineyard"): VinNatur "to spread culture"
In Genoa the roundtable "METEO E VIGNA. La viticoltura naturale di fronte ai cambiamenti climatici" will take place. Guest and speaker of honour will be LUCA MERCALLI, meteorologist and climatologist.
Maule continues: «We wanted to organize this roundtable to plant seeds that are useful at all: vinegrowers, industry operators, visitors of VinNatur Genoa, in the form of reflections, highlighted by the undisputed expertise of the speakers – Angiolino Maule, Chairman of VinNatur, says – I always like to remember one of the purposes of our association: to spread culture among our associate producers and among lovers of natural wine, so as the first ones produce and the second one consume with awareness».
Young students and natural wines
The collaboration with the STATE PROFESSIONAL INSTITUTE FOR FOOD AND WINE AND HOTEL HOSPITALITY "MARCO POLO" will offer to the event a professional service, and will bring many young students close to the world of natural wines.
Waiting for VinNatur at Villa Favorita: Award to the image–symbol
There will be a preview of Villa Favorita with the awarding of Erica Bernardello, young student from Casarza Ligure (GE), who won the on–line competition for the image–symbol of Villa Favorita. Her fresh and of very comunicative immediacy image will represent VinNatur at Villa Favorita from 21st to 23rd March.
