Aura represents a new concept in which art meets functionality and tries to define a new vision of wine spaces.
With Aura, a series of "original" works take shape in which function and decorative presence coexist, where the hand-made allows a production of one-off pieces that also explore, according to the authentic logic of design, the complexity of the behaviors and of contemporary rituals.
The works in the collection become jewels thanks to a patented metal casting technique that combines zinc, copper or brass with precious marbles and cocciopesto. The material is dressed in molten metal creating precious and original textures in balance between jewelry and sculpture. The exclusive processes are all carried out by hand, from the fusion of metals to the processing of stones, an expression of the craftsmanship typical only of Made in Italy.
Evoca, Orbis, Lato, Insula are works designed to have a function in the cellar spaces but also to enhance the convivial places with sculptural volumes and the typical energy of art.
"The concepts of the collection delve into the depth of the archetypes that are part of our culture and history", says Raimondo Sandri.
All the elements seem sculpted following the dictates of primitivism but endowed with a new harmony, union between lines and different visual "weights" between precious materials and volumes belonging to contemporary design. Aura exudes a different and original charm; a new definition of space in balance between design and contemporary art. A tribute to the places of wine.
