The Italian oil: quality linked to the territory
“We are the home of the thousand colors and thousand flavors of extra–virgin olive oil of high quality – the president of Unaprol Massimo Gargano reported – Our country is the first in the world for production of high quality. The real “Made in Italy” extra–virgin olive oils are distinguished on the world market because they are all linked to different territories which give the product a distinctive and unique character. A sort of DNA impossible to clone, as it has been done on a global scale, for the standard oils, by a market that pays little attention to the concept of high quality”.
