The SFL FLEX is a linear blow molding machine, which can be equipped with one or two blow molding cavities and can produce a wide range of containers.
The FLEX design of the machine allows for a simple transition from two cavities to single cavities, and vice versa. The SFL FLEX can also be configured in a single cavity version only.
The platform can produce standard wine bottles such as sparkling wine, Bordeaux and Burgundy and customized for room temperature and hot filling, oval containers with oriented neck, multilayer bottles, colored bottles, light bottles and small containers for the pharmaceutical industry, but also large containers up to 5 liters with high productivity.
Preform handling plant:
Preforms for industrial bottle production are unloaded in bulk from transport boxes into the preform hopper; a tipper for standard cartons and special cartons is available as an option.
The preforms are then moved from the hopper via an elevator belt to the aligner, this alignment system is located in an elevated position with respect to the blowing wheel and the ovens, to allow a uniform supply of preforms.
The preforms are aligned by gravity via two rotating cylinders with the neck facing upwards and are prepared to slide inside the machine via a width-adjustable slide located inside the safety cabin.
