Hospitality-Il Salone dell'Accoglienza, the leading international trade fair in Italy for the HoReCa sector, which was inaugurated today at the Riva del Garda exhibition center with over 750 exhibitors, 26% of which were new companies. The international presence was important with 70 top buyers from 20 countries; more than 100 events with 160 speakers, including training and experiential initiatives.
