Ristorante Redaelli

The seasonal menu is personally cured by the chef Walter Redaelli and offers typical local products such as traditional “Chianina” meat, “Cinta” pork from Siena, extra virgin olive oil and local pecorino cheeses, accompanied by herbs and vegetables from his own vegetable garden.
The wine list offers a rich selection of famous Tuscan red wines.

Ristorante Tre Cristi

The soul of Tre Cristi is predominantly Mediterranean and expressed through important fish dishes. But even the traditional Siena and Tuscan cuisine find in our proposals the right stage in which to be represented. The attention to the ingredients and the enormous passion for what we do make the restaurant a real showcase of taste.



Tre Cristi welcomes you in three different environments: the outer court, the salt and the privé (a room of the beginning of the twentieth century beautifully restored, separated from the rest of the rooms and completely soundproof, which can accommodate 15 people).

The rooms have decorations and frescoes from the first half of the twentieth century (some of the twenties) and the furniture has been expertly restored or carefully chosen to recreate the atmosphere of the first half of the latest century.

Spaces are cozy and elegant at the same time, particularly suitable for dinners in company, business lunches and romantic evenings. Emanuele, as a perfect Virgil, will welcome you and guide you in a path of taste, taking care of the details of the evening, the atmosphere, the food, the mise en place and trying to turn your wishes into reality. Antica Trattoria Botteganova is located in the Chianti road. The restaurant, which has a warm and welcoming environment, has 12 seats, and the wine cellar has a maximum of 12 places with all the wines around, the restaurant offers its guests rich flavors, tasty Tuscan dishes of traditional and innovative refined cuisine. The fish caught is always fresh, products from meat to vegetables are locally sourced, many of which are grown in the owned garden and bread from home bakery. We can also accommodate people with food intolerances to gluten. Special is the kitchen with "a table in the kitchen", where you can see the work and talk to the chef. Antica Trattoria Botteganova also organizes cooking classes and themed evenings.

The story of this restaurant begins in 1992, from the love of Mario and Vanna Fiorani and their daughters Marina and Alessandra for the genuine flavours of this generous Tuscan land. Vanna was born in Montalcino and has treasured the culinary tradition of her village. Mario, from Milan, has always been fond of good cuisine, he loves to rediscover old recipes, personalizing them. Since 2000, the kitchen has been run by the creativity of Alesandra, but the secrets of dishes such as Antico Peposo or Trippa alla Montalcinese with saffron, remain closely guarded by Mario. The reception of guests, instead, is entrusted to the professionalism and kindness of Marina, who can always count on the valuable help of the young Chiara, for years now by her side. Marina speaks English, French and Spanish fluently, and this allows her to receive in the best way possible even foreign visitors, that year after year are becoming more numerous. Still today, every dish is created using the “traditional” method and not the trends of the moment, using products such as Crete Senesi truffle or Amiata pore mushrooms, game and vegetables from the garden, bread and pasta made by hand, with an eye especially to Desserts, the passion of Alessandra. From the beautiful terrace overlooking Val d’Orcia, you can admire one of the most beautiful landscapes of Tuscany, the cover of many glossy magazines. Badia a Coltibuono is a family-owned winery with a history that dates back to the 11th century. The winery practices organic farming and produces high-quality wines using traditional Tuscan methods. The vineyards are situated amongst breathtaking scenery and are home to a variety of local grape varieties. The winery also produces its own olive oil and offers visitors an authentic Italian wine and culinary experience.
