Genuine breakfasts based on sweet brioches, pizza, focaccia bread and vegetable pies of various types and homemade. Unique in town varieties of Pizza, Green pies, Stuffed Focaccia bread, Focaccia Bread of Recco, Focaccia bread with bacon and Brie with Wurstel.
Even from the early morning drinking is not underrated: Vergnano Coffee, one of the best Italian blends and a well stocked and selected variety of fruit juices such as blueberry, peach and mango, strawberry, ace, peach, apricot, pineapple, grapefruit, etc..
At lunchtime the kitchen always offers ten dishes of the day at very low prices, both of meat and fish, locally caught:
Spaghetti with seafood, anchovies, vegetarian pasta, pasta with pesto, baked pasta, calamari with artichokes, sea bream, octopus salads, stockfish, tagliata and meat fillet.
For a quick lunch, we offer a list of sandwiches and salads that with the addition of pizza and focaccia bread can complete a lunch with a single dish.
Our venue offers the opportunity, all over the years thanks to the nice weather, to dine in the two dehors at a stone’s throw from the sea and the small historical port of Borgo Foce. Being located in a historical district and at the beginning of a very charming promenade, in the afternoon it becomes often the destination of many passing tourists who, admiring the panorama, enjoy a break tasting our products.
A characteristic moment of our venue is the “LONG HAPPY HOUR” with a rich buffet unique in town for variety and quantity of appetizers, pasta, pizzas, focaccia bread, comparable to a dinner.
During the happy hour, a special attention is devoted to wines and drinks:
our wines reflect our territory with local grapes such as Vermentino, Pigato and Rossese, and are completed by fine wines selected over time of other region: Barbera of Piedmont, Negroamaro of Salento, Muller, Traminer, Montepulciano, Chianti Gavi with some novelties presented every week.
From the happy hour, jokingly called “aperiinfinite” (as it goes on until late at night) in the evening, the drinks and the selection of spirits boast one of the most extensive varieties in town thanks to the experience of the two bartenders and of the AIBES courses they attended.
Our drinks include all international cooktails, cocktails of our inventions, frozen and with seltzer water. The most popular are the various types of vodka sour with lychee with cassis mojto roum cooler and pastis.
Another very important aspect is the choice of beers, well–provided in any types. In collaboration with the Peroni group, you can find red and blonde on tap beers, the very famous Pilsner Urquell, Peroni Nastro Azzurro Grand reserve, to continue with the Corona Ceres beer, to end up with four of our craft beers of our area by the Chevalier brewery: a red one, a vais, a porter and a Durante blonde. Every month, moreover, three beers from around the world are offered for varying quality and type and add a touch of novelty.
At the weekends, evenings are accompanied by live music or DJ sets, as we have been organizing events for over ten years and boasting over 200 events in the last 5 years with a major following both in our venue and in other collaborating venues.
During the week, you can book dinners, aperi–dinners, aperi–birthdays, receptions and parties of all kinds, while in the summer season the restaurant is also open in the evening to propose our dishes that can be enjoyed in a unique setting.
Another fundamental aspect of our activity is the tasting of typical dishes or nouvelle cuisine in collaboration with chefs and companies of unusual products and special wines, drinks or spirits that we offer in the evening to complete the service by collaborating with leading brands of the industry such as Martini & Rossi.

In the summer time, very important is the support service for bathing, for which we provide everything you need to be able to stay without missing anything at a walking distance from the sea.
