For this reason, the "Cala del Sole" restaurant, belonging to the 4–star bathhouse at the T–Village, overlooking the clear waters of the Tyrrhenian Sea, hidden and embraced by the green Mediterranean scrub and the ancient ruins of the Imperial Villa of Nerone, directly on the sand dunes of the WWF Oasis of Tor Caldara, offers the perfect and unique location in the Lazio region to enjoy unforgettable moments, lulled by the sea breeze and warmed by the beautiful sunsets of the Roman coast.
The dishes are carefully chosen respecting the seasonality of the products carefully selected by the chef. In this way, fresh and tasty dishes are created. Your five senses are satisfied by a thousand starters to prepare the palate for the following courses. From pasta dishes made with fresh pasta, Fettuccine pasta with artichokes and sea bass and Tonnarello pasta with seafood, we move to modern and creative dishes according to the chef’s imagination, like Gnocchetto clams flowers and lemon; Linguine pasta Fragolino celery olives and orange, Spaghetti with anchovies cheese and pepper. Do not miss the classic Linguine pasta with lobster, Gnocchetto with shrimps and zucchini or Risotto. The second courses comply with the catch of the day, such as mixed grill, seared tuna, spicy fish with gazpacho in Italian style. Finally, you can conclude with desserts prepared with care, starting from pistachio parfait with amaretto, to get to millefeuille of strawberries. To accompany all this, the exposed basement which also offers the chance to taste craft beers.
With its 3 rooms, the "Cala del Sole" restaurant offers beautiful spaces to taste the delights of the "A’ la carte" menu and to accompany the descent of the sun enjoying oysters, Prosecco and beer of champagne. It is possible to accommodate banquets of medium and large size: in effect, the structure is ideal to organize the most important events, from birthday parties to marriages with ceremony on the beach. The "Cala del Sole" restaurant, open daily, is at the T–Village, the seaside resort with entertainment for adults and children.
Villa Icidia Hotel is surrounded by a secular park, in the most pleasant part of the Castelli Romani area, is located in the Via Tuscolana, in the direction of the famous Frascati.

Villa Icidia has 23 rooms, to which another 22 rooms will be added, that will be completed in 2012, including two suites and three rooms for disabled guests, all furnished with taste and attention to detail and equipped with every comfort: air conditioning, radio and wireless LAN, internet access, telephone and alarm clock, minibar, hairdryer, satellite tv, sky.

The dishes are characterized by the valorization of the typical products of the area, as well as the search for fresh raw materials of the highest quality and carefully selected and processed by the great masters of the art of cooking. The restaurant also offers a great choice of menus suitable for ceremonies (weddings, Baptisms, birthdays and First Communions) with a focus on the à la carte service. The kitchen is attentive to any request: menus for vegetarians, coeliac disease sufferer etc...
Finally, of high–level is the wine list that boasts the best of Italian and French production, with a special focus on local labels.

Chiosco Bello restaurant is located on the shores of the lake of Castel Gandolfo. Since 1959 the Mertinelli family has been running, with great strength, the restaurant. The cuisine is typical of the Castelli Romani with roast pork, buffalo Mozzarella cheese, meats prepared on the grill,
fresh fish everyday, pizzas baked in wood oven. Moreover, the restaurant has a panoramic terrace to enjoy cool evenings.

The Neri restaurant is situated directly on the beach, 50 meters from the sea, this gives it a unique atmosphere especially at sunset. A veranda which allows you to dine under the stars is available. Typical Roman cuisine, of grilled fish and meat directly chosen by the customer.
