La Fabbreria

The Fabbreria, a restaurant serving classic Bologna cuisine, just 5 minutes far from Zona Fiera. You will find a genuine and welcoming atmosphere and a place in the countryside, with a lovely veranda.

We are specialized in classic cuisine from Bologna, with particular types of homemade pasta. They serve excellent fresh seafood dishes and grilled meat with all kinds of Italian wines.

Ristorante Antica Grotta

At the foot of the Bologna hills, two wide indoor rooms with air–conditioning. The kitchen is typical of Bologna: fresh homemade pasta and fresh fish, DOC wines, pizza baked in the wood oven and many courtesy in serving guests.

Taverna Del Postiglione

Taverna del Postiglione is located in the Old Town, in a charming old building in Bologna at a few steps from the Two Towers, the Galleria Cavour and Piazza Maggiore.



The place is small but very cozy and the furnishings show attention to detail, a successful mix of rustic and elegant elements that make it unique.



Also the kitchen is a happy encounter between the traditional cuisine of Bologna and a continuous research for new flavors.

Osteria Del Melo

The venue was housed in the atrium of the porch of what was once the Sanctuary of Santa Maria del Melo: of great charm, even today, after five centuries, the dining room with ceilings with cross vaults, capitals and barrel columns.

Fricand Restaurant offers a typical of Bologna cuisine, with specialities such as tigelle and crescentine.

It has a wide car park and a summer open–air porch.

Hostaria Luisa

A venue in the countryside, quaint and attentive to tradition and quality.

The Hostaria Luisa Restaurant has been obtained from an old barn renovated, with a gorgeous summer veranda and a large private car park.

The kitchen offers typical dishes of the Emilia region.

Traditional appetizers enriched by a vast buffet of cooked and au gratin vegetables.

The first courses are strictly hand–made pasta, the second courses are based on meat: excellent Florentine cut, grilled meat. Not to forget, the tasty and unique Bolognese cutlet and fantasies of the chef.

Osteria La Matta

Ostera Dello Stajo

The story of Osteria dello Stajo began in 1976, when Oriano and Franca, owners of a hash house, decided to create a place where they could enjoy the peasant Bolognese cuisine. After 25 years of other activities, always related to taste and good food, Franca and Fabrizio have created Osteria dello Stajo, to make revive to the people Bologna and not the culinary tradition of a place that has always been enjoyed by young and old ones.

For those who do not know it, the "stajo", which gives its name to the tavern, was a metal container that was used by farmers as a unit of measure for grain, cereals and arid substances.

We hope that, after all these years, our dishes prepared exclusively as in the past by Franca, manage to satisfy the tastes of all those who still appreciate the culinary traditions of the past.

Trattoria Della Santa

Trattoria Della Santa is located in the old town of Bologna, not far from Piazza Maggiore: here you can taste many delicious and tempting specialities, the proof of the pudding!

The first courses are always cooked with homemade pasta, to guarantee a simple and genuine flavor.

The second courses are mainly based on meat (of very high quality), accompanied by abundant seasonal vegetables.

Trattoria E Parlamintè

E Parlamitè restaurant–tavern was founded in 1985, in the environments of an old inn dating back to the nineteenth century, formerly frequented by anarchists and socialists, particularly by Andrea Costa from Imola, founder of the Italian Socialist Party and the first socialist deputy at the royal parliament.

The Dal Monte family transforms the tavern into a restaurant thanks to his son Massimo, who is attending the hotel school and is training at the San Domenico restaurant in Imola.

The restaurant was renovated in 1997, bringing to light the old wooden beams and furnishing it with furniture from the beginning of the twentieth century of an old grocery in Imola. Currently, it is popular with families, professionals, young people and local politicians, then, the discussions about politics that have given the name to the venue continue.
