In a completely renovated venue, we offer our customers the taste of the typical dishes of Parma. The kitchen serves traditional dishes of Parma tradition. Try Anolini, Ravioli, Lasagna, tripe, roasted brisket, game, "rezdora"’s pies. Fried Pie is the great protagonist. I Tri Siochett

In the wonderful countryside of Parma, not far from the center of Emilia’s capital, there is a flagship of Parma’s cuisine: “I Tri Siochett”. In this ancient tavern, now become restaurant, with a welcoming, spacious structure, you will find the best that can be offered by the local culinary tradition, that has been prepared with love and genuine wisdom for more than 16 years. Just to name some tasty examples, try salami, fried pie, homemade pasta, tortelli, ravioli, roasts, horse stew, and homemade desserts.

Arranged on two floors, the structure can host 200 seats in various rooms that can be increased to 270 with the opening of the garden in summer. Moreover, it has a large car park. With these numbers, it is easy to imagine how pleasant can be to organize here nice tables, to gather groups or to host business dinners. Open all day except Mondays, “I Tri Siochett” tavern/restaurant waits for you to make you taste authentic specialities.

Osteria del Gesso

Ours is a small and quiet family–run restaurant on two floors.
It was already a staging tavern in 1780 and still retains the original structure.
It is situated in the historical center of the town, close to the most important artistic and cultural places.
The proposals of tchef Ivana and her close–knit team are prepared both in respect of Parma tradition and interpreted in an innovative way, using the best products that the area offers.
Each dish is presented with care and always contains a touch of originality.
All fresh pastries and cakes are exclusively homemade and freshly prepared to ensure freshness and quality.
Great attention is paid to the wide range of wines and spirits.

Since 1998, Il Trovatore Restaurant is located in the center of Parma: city of Verdi’s music culture, raw ham, Parmesan cheese, and the great tradition of gastronomy of Parma. Trattoria Il Cortile

In the heart of Parma, among the characteristic villages of Parma Vecia, there is a place where harmony and cordiality meet, where everything is well–made, where the atmosphere is serene.



A typical corner surrounded by the Oltretorrente villages, “Il Cortile” preserves intact its original appearance with inner rooms that overlook a wide and welcoming veranda. It is a place rich in charm, scents and flavors of the past, elegant and refined, but always faithful to the culinary tradition of Parma’s taverns.

An intimate environment, where the attentive and kind service combined with the real protagonist of the venue, cuisine, create a perfect amosphere. All is natural, prepared and made as in the bygone days, from the traditional specialities of Parma’s cuisine to the typical national dishes, revisited by the creativity of the chef.

“Il Cortile” is able to satisfy with its three rooms every demand, from business lunches, to dinners by candlelight or, more simply, can become a reserved place to taste undisturbed some food delicacies.

Mauro, the chef, combining flavors with knowledge and skills, brings to your table an effervescent balance among tradition, innovation and fantasy. The chef has chosen the most challenging way: he disdains all that is prepackaged and cooks every dish on time, relying solely on freshness, seasonality and quality of the products.

The chef offers a wide range of dishes, from traditional and filled fresh pasta (made ​​with craftsmanship, by hand), to the most tasty meats, to refined dishes with scents of the sea. Moreover, dishes based on mushrooms and truffle, only in the seasonality of these products, will be prepared. The imagination and creativity of the chef express themselves very well in the pastry: the dessert cart will always be ready to fulfill every aesthetic and gustatory taste, starting from the most rustic tarts, to mouth–watering spoon desserts, of sure spectacular effect.

We create menus for any occasion: requests and special dietary needs will be met, thanks to the great attention we pay to customers suffering from food allergies and intolerances.

Stella d'Oro

The Locanda Trattoria Stella D'Oro (Restaurant Inn "The Golden Star") has ancient historical origins going back to 1860. The origin of its name is not known but there is no doubt that the restaurant is presently so celebrated to really deserve...the Golden Star as a matter of fact. A stimulating result.
The Dallabona family relieved the building in 2001 and, since then, they have dedicated themselves with passionate care to re-structuring the spaces in order to have their look and comfort responding to modern standards, although with an eye to preserving tradition and culture of past times to evoke in our guests the feeling to experience a reality of old times mixed with modern comfort and warm welcome. Concerning the Chef, Marco Dallabona's cuisine is already consolidated and celebrated since a long time; the specialised magazines and the restaurants International Guides egregiously quote and celebrate its quality.

The accuracy in choosing the ingredients and the foods, such as "salumi" (salamis) of wide ageing, perfect meats and kitchen-garden products, mixed with a wise and renowned mastery in the choice of wines, makes this place unquestionably unique and really worth a visit.

Ristorante Al Tramezzo

Al Tramezzo restaurant, which I founded in 1975, is still today managed with the same care, attention and style of the opening time. Over the years, it has undergone several transformations but I have always tried to keep the atmosphere and harmony that characterize it.



The most important characteristic, however, is the decision to offer to my customers acuisine ranging from land to sea fish.



The belief of my Chef Alberto Rossetti and me, is that a good recipe becomes great if you prefer selected products, and especially fresh; This philosophy has becomes rewarding using natural ingredients.



A restaurant should be like a cathedral: it must welcome in a serene atmosphere, refresh making forget everyday problems and amaze even the most simple things, in a nutshell, to give emotions to remember.



You have the opportunity to enjoy a 6–course tasting journey of fish, usually divided into four starters and a second dish at the discretion of the kitchen, while the dessert is of your choice.

The menu offers guided tastings, or, in alternative, menus and proposals of any kind of the traditional cuisine and delicious international dishes.

The splendor achieved in the past has not prevented this glorious “house” to renovate itself. The rooms are suitable for wedding banquets, graduation parties, celebrations, business lunches and dinners.

Castello dell’Elfo

Castello dell’Elfo is reborn in all its splendor in the spring of the year 2003 after 6 years of research and accurate restoration. The medieval structure, to date, is the only memory still visible and visitable in relation to the Castle of Rivalta and it is assumed that the same had the function of outpost or lookout tower, a small castle, armigers, who controlled the access. Located in a historically significant position (in the territory of Matilde di Canossa) and strategic, Castello dell’Elfo was a point of connection between the Castle fo Torrechiara and the Castle of Rivalta; a historical memory in a picture in the Golden Room at the Castle of Torrechiara is still existing, where in 1464, more or less, Bembo depicted it among the castles of the province of Parma.
