El Fil restaurant is located in a old eighteenth–century stable adjacent to the Villa Monti. The restaurant consists of two floors. On the ground floor there is an arcade, recently closed with large windows, that faces a garden where you can dine even in winter. Upstairs there are two rooms, one for twenty and the other for seventy people. In summer you can eat in an elegant garden. The proposed appetizer is a buffet, where every guest can choose among more than twenty kinds of dishes. As pasta dishes, we offer seasonal homemade pasta. Recommended are “bigoli”, served in white accompanied by five different types of sauces, and spaghetti with lobster. As meat dishes, we offer grilled meats, rigorously cooked on the grill, including “tagliata”. Among the baked meat dishes, veal shank. Fish dishes: baked turbot with potatoes, olives and cherry tomatoes, seabass with salt and grilled prawns.
