Open in the first half of the last century, the inn was opened as a simple tavern by a retired firefighter, who never gave a name to his venue. For this reason, it was nominated by his patrons "Al Pompiere", in honor of the host founder.
Over time, the inn has changed various managements, was expanded and its kitchen was enriched with new dishes.
In August 2000, the premises have been completely refurbished by the current management. Since 2011, the sole shareholder owner is chef Marco Dandrea.
A fine tavern with warm and welcoming atmosphere, decorated with wood and black and white photos on the walls. In a corner of the main room there are 35 different types of meats, that master Natalino will suggest you with experience; aside, the cheese counter with about a hundred cheese types, all Italian.
The seats are about 50, divided into two rooms: the main room with 35 seats and a little room for 15 people.
