Beside the traditional cuisine, the chef, of course, offers a range of culinary variations with respect to the tradition, designed to whet even the most superfine palates.
The rotation and the variation of the dishes is practically total! Every day we offer different dishes and specialties, as we strictly follow the availability of the fish market of Marano.
Among our specialties, worth to mention are the tasting of five starters, always followed by a pasta dish or a main dish, and a dessert, rigorously prepared and cooked in the house!
