From the sea, of course, we pass to a means that fulfills all the characteristics to be as versatile as possible, from the sea to the lagoons, to rivers offering passengers all the comforts of a serene and safe navigation, combining the pleasures of sailing, the pleasures of a good table, rediscovering on board the flavors of the ancient recipes of Marano.
The idea stems from two young people of Marano that, given the growing development of tourism in the region and the crisis that interested in the fisheries sector, decided, instead, to embark on this adventure, strong of the unique quality of the service they are going to offer, having, in the course of their lives, accumulated considerable experience both in the field of food service and in tourism.
From an accurate research on the yachting market and, after a careful technical assessment environment, the basic features that the ship had to meet were especially low draught and a high capacity of seating, for this, research was quite challenging, but not without effort, we got a means that gave great freedom of movement both along the lagoon canals and rivers and along the sea coast in compliance with all safety standards for both people on board and for the issue of water pollution.
Another factor to remember was the kitchen: it had to be practical and functional but at the same time small and non–invasive for the passenger, for this, the kitchen was arranged at the extreme bow and equipped with an aspiration system worthy of the finest restaurants.
To mark with a pencil on the chart the way that the ship will have to go, is a gesture that every sailor does with respect and devotion. That gesture identifies the exact moment when you will leave the earth with its safety and entrust yourself to the ship and the sea, completely. The choice of the route to follow is dictated by the research of emotions and pleasures that the lagoon can give, accompanied by that attentive technical evaluation that a safe navigation requires. All of these routes include navigation along the Venetian coast, from the Roman Empire to the Republic of Venice. The Port of departure is usually Marano Lagunare, but we can decide together an alternate route to satisfy your demand. The boarding point of Marano Lagunare is in Cristoforo Colombo square, also known by the Marano people as the "Door of the Sea". Here, since ancient times, ships arrived with goods and vessels, carrying their catch in this square at the Old Fish Market, a place to meet and talk among seafarers.
