OSTERIA AL CASTELLETTO, rustic chic for a traditional classic in the Treviso hills, has been an indispensable reference point since 1977 for its warm family atmosphere and tasty homemade dishes "orchestrated" by its legendary cook and hostess, Clementina Viezzer, known as Clemi, always present to welcome its loyal customers.

The cuisine is typical of the Veneto region based on seasonal products from the vegetable garden or farms of local farmers such as skewered meat cooked in the magnificent fireplace, as regards the first courses, ranging from spaghetti with radicchio to duck tagliatelle, from flan pumpkin and spinach with barley and bean soups, risotto and pasta, and the now famous appetizer menu, a culinary journey with generous portions of about 12 courses which includes the "strong" dishes of the cook. Polenta with burrata and suppressed, veal meatballs, cod croutons, radicchio rolls. The desserts are also delicious: from chocolate mousse to vanilla ice cream and eggnog. The work is completed by a good wine list which includes local and national selections. The cellar is also excellent, followed with passion by Clementina's nephew, Nicolò Bof, which includes over 250 labels of the best local wines and national super wines, as well as house wines - Prosecco, still white and red from Merlot-Cabernet grapes - produced in the 7 hectares of organic vineyards surrounding the Osteria.
