The dishes are carefully chosen respecting the seasonality of the products carefully selected by the chef. In this way, fresh and tasty dishes are created. Your five senses are satisfied by a thousand starters to prepare the palate for the following courses. From pasta dishes made with fresh pasta, Fettuccine pasta with artichokes and sea bass and Tonnarello pasta with seafood, we move to modern and creative dishes according to the chef’s imagination, like Gnocchetto clams flowers and lemon; Linguine pasta Fragolino celery olives and orange, Spaghetti with anchovies cheese and pepper. Do not miss the classic Linguine pasta with lobster, Gnocchetto with shrimps and zucchini or Risotto. The second courses comply with the catch of the day, such as mixed grill, seared tuna, spicy fish with gazpacho in Italian style. Finally, you can conclude with desserts prepared with care, starting from pistachio parfait with amaretto, to get to millefeuille of strawberries. To accompany all this, the exposed basement which also offers the chance to taste craft beers.
With its 3 rooms, the "Cala del Sole" restaurant offers beautiful spaces to taste the delights of the "A’ la carte" menu and to accompany the descent of the sun enjoying oysters, Prosecco and beer of champagne. It is possible to accommodate banquets of medium and large size: in effect, the structure is ideal to organize the most important events, from birthday parties to marriages with ceremony on the beach.
